"I am having a horrible time training to get the needed Policy Declaration Form (Letter of Experience) from State Form to show my coverage for the last 4-5 years. I haven't spoke my agent Jake Molitor; only the office managers Lexi or Jeremiah and being misinformed. They would not renew me because I filed a home claim in 2023; so I have to find a new agency to bundle my home and auto. State Farm is holding up my switching. This is very frustrating for a 68 yr old woman"

"Very bad experience so far :( … my policy got cancelled and then re-activated but I don’t see it in active status when I go to the StateFarm site… also my car is not longer enrolled in the drive safe and save program. I already went to another agent and asked to get changed to this other agent. I don’t know what is happening but Jake has mentioned I just need to keep waiting. EDIT: Jake and his team did a great job with my policy and it is active again... they were also reaching out to me thru phone but since I was in meetings I couldn't answer their calls. Thank you so much Jake and all the team, I am happy now and more confident with driving my car!!! Thank you!! :D"

"Very happy there's no other words to say how much I really do like State farm that what they can do is hook me up with one of them State farm swag gifts like you know like a robe or a shirt with all jokes aside I'm very happy with State farm they're very professional they're very good and they respond on time I have a very good policy 👍🏿 I only have one small problem and that is with the automatic billing system but that's about it"
